
Do I have to be a property owner or member to have a wedding at Bald Head Island Club? No, you do not have to be a property owner or a member to host your wedding at the Bald Head Island Club.
Can we bring in our own food and beverage? We do require that we provide all food and beverage for your event. The only exception is your wedding cake.
How do we reserve the space? Your event planner will send you a contract outlining the date, timing, food and beverage estimates and the specific space held. The contract will need to be returned and signed, with a 25% deposit, and a credit card authorization form within 2 weeks.
When are payments due? The initial deposit of an estimated 25% is due with a signed contract. Sixty days prior to your event an additional 25% is due. Final payment is due 14 days prior to your event along with the final guest count.
Can we have our ceremony at Bald Head Island Club? We can accommodate your ceremony for an additional fee but do not offer coordination. There is an additional fee of $100 to have your rehearsal the night before and we do not guarantee location.
Can you tell me a timeline for when we need to meet? About two months before your event, we will meet to finalize all details including schedule, menu, room setup, vendor selection, and transportation accommodations. We will also meet the week of the event for the "Drop-Off Appointment" when you will bring us everything you want us to take care of that day such as place-cards, guestbook, favors, etc.
Can you help me with vendor selection and accommodations for my guest? Yes, we are happy to recommend vendors that fit your vision as well as your budget. We can also connect you with rental companies on the island that can assist you with all of your accommodations. |
