Dress Code & Rules & Regulations

Golf Course/Practice Facility Policies & Procedures

  • USGA Rules govern play
  • All players must register in the Golf Shop
  • All players must have their own set of clubs with a maximum of 2 golf bags per cart
  • Appropriate golf attire is required (please refer to Dress Code section below)
  • Practice on the golf course is prohibited. Practice is restricted to the practice facility
  • Players shall extend courtesy to faster players
  • Fill divots, repair ball marks and rake bunkers
  • Handcarts are prohibited on all tees, collars and greens
  • Golf carts must remain on paved cart paths around all tees and greens
  • Personal coolers are prohibited
  • Golf Staff has the authority to pair singles and twosomes
  • Golfers may not start on hole 10 without authorization from the Golf Professional Staff
  • Golf carts, owned by the Club, are the only carts allowed on the course.  All other carts are prohibited
  • Softspikes are encouraged but rubber-soled tennis shoes are acceptable.  Metal spikes are prohibited
  • Players stopping at the turn must occupy the 10th tee before the next group or risk losing their position  


Golf Course and Practice Facility Dress Code

The following requirements are for both players and spectators accompanying anyone using the golfing facilities:

  • No denim, tee-shirts, swimming trunks, gym shorts, biker/spandex shorts, etc. 
  • Men:  Collared shirts and/or high collared mocks are acceptable
  • Ladies:  Crew Neck Shirts are acceptable    
  • If in doubt about appropriate attire, please ask golf shop professional staff for assistance
  • Children the age of 6 and younger are permitted to wear denim during winter months


Junior Rules and Privileges

  • Juniors are considered to be 17 and younger.  Those 18 and over will be charged the appropriate adult rate
  • To qualify as an "adult," the player accompanying a junior must be 18 or older
  • Junior restrictions apply during "peak" season (late May to early September), holidays and other busy periods
  • Normal junior access and junior rates apply after 1pm 

Golf, Sports, Social Members & Annual Pass Holders

  • Juniors 11 or younger are prohibited from playing golf before 1pm.  They may play after pm but are required to be accompanied by an adult
  • Juniors 12 to 17 may play before pm but are required to be accompanied by an adult and will be charged the appropriate adult rate
  • Juniors 12 to 17 may play unaccompanied anytime if certified by the Golf Professional Staff based on maturity, ability, pace of play and etiquette at the appropriate rate

Temporary Members with Golfing Privileges

  • Juniors 17 and younger are prohibited from playing golf before 1 pm regardless if they are accompanied by an adult
