There are three (3) categories of membership being offered. Availability of membership is limited and ownership of property is not a guarantee of membership availability.
Golf Membership entitles the holder to complete use of the Club facilities, including golf with no greens fees.
Sports Membership allows complete use of the Club facilities, but greens fees must be paid to play golf.
Social Membership allows limited use of sports facilities, at this time including the golf course, for which fees must be paid.
The member, the member’s spouse, and their unmarried children under the age of 23 who are living at home or attending school on a full-time basis are granted membership privileges.
Bald Head Island Limited continues to market and sell Membership Certificates not previously issued. The cost of purchasing a Membership Certificate is established by Bald Head Island Limited; the Board of Governors establishes the annual dues.
Annual Membership Passes ~
Under a special provision, annual membership passes granting specified Club usage may be attained for children over the age of 23 and parents of members.
Temporary Guest Memberships ~
Club facilities are for use by members and their guests. Those renting property on Bald Head Island from an owner holding a Club Membership may become temporary members during their stay on the island and may use Club facilities upon payment of the appropriate temporary membership usage fees. Golf privileges are not extended to those renting a home from a Social member.
