Guest Pass Form

From Saturday, May 25th through Sunday, September 1st, guest pass holders will not have access to club amenities on Saturdays, which are designated as Member Only days. However, starting at 4 PM on Sundays during this period, guests will have access to the pool and Horizons Restaurant. Regular access will be available from Monday through Friday. Please be aware that certain events throughout the year may restrict access to some facilities.

The Bald Head Island Club is a private club for Members and registered Guest Passes only. Please inquire with your rental company or homeowner to determine if a Bald Head Island Club membership is attached to the property you are renting. Homes with Full and Lifestyle Memberships have access to all the Club’s amenities. Homes with a Social Membership do not offer access to golf. Homes with a House Membership offer access to the Aquatics Complex and dining only. The Club’s guest passes are limited in quantity and are distributed on a first-registered, first-admitted basis.

We ask that guest passes be arranged as soon as possible prior to the guest's arrival. All guest passes purchased less than five days prior to arrival will be subject to an additional $100 service fee.

Rates & Policies

Please note: Every Guest Pass Holder coming through the Club gate and using Club amenities will need to be a registered Guest Pass Holder. Guest Pass Holders are not permitted to bring guests.

The Bald Head Island Club has established appropriate caps for the number of Guest Passes for high season and holidays to improve service and eliminate crowding in the pools and dining rooms. We will register approved Guest Pass applicants on a first-come/first-served basis. We anticipate that Guest Passes will reach their holiday and high season weekly cap quickly once we open registration. Our registration software will have a date/time stamp for all Guest Pass requests as they are received.

CANCELATION – Cancelations must be made in writing by email to [email protected]. Please be aware, if you need to cancel your high season Guest Pass for any reason, you may do so up to 30 days prior to arrival and will receive a refund, minus a $50 processing fee. Refunds are not possible for No-shows and cancelations under 30 days.
