The Bald Head Island Club Fitness Center is for BHI Club Members & Registered Guest Pass Holders.

The BHI Club Fitness Center is expanding its commitment to member health and performance through enhanced Wellness services designed to support mobility, recovery, strength, and long-term physical health.

Our wellness offerings focus on helping members move better, prevent injury, recover effectively, and continue enjoying the active Bald Head Island lifestyle. Whether you’re improving your golf game, staying strong for racquets and fitness classes, or simply prioritizing overall well-being, these services provide personalized care and expert guidance.

Members also have access to InBody 580 body composition scans, an advanced assessment that provides detailed insights beyond the traditional scale. The scan analyzes key components such as body fat, muscle mass, and body water, giving members a clearer picture of their overall health and fitness progress.


Together, these wellness resources help members better understand their bodies, track progress over time, and make informed decisions about their training, recovery, and long-term health.

Class Drop-In: $25 | GPH $28

BHI Club Members:

Private Session (1-2 people, 1 hour) : $100 | GPH $115

Private Group (Beach or Off-Site) : $150

30-Minute Private (1-2 people) : $85

Description: Fabio's Bootcamp is a dynamic, high-energy workout designed to kickstart the day with functional movements that enhance performance, strength, and mobility. It blends strength training, cardio, and athletic conditioning to help participants move better and feel stronger throughout life.

Ages 10-14 | $15 per athlete 
This dynamic program focuses on:
  • Linear Speed – Acceleration & sprint form
  • Agility – Quick movements in all directions
  • Strength – Upper & lower body development
  • Perfect for young athletes ready to level up their game!

Description: A welcoming, lower-impact alternative for those newer to fitness or looking for a more moderate challenge. While still rooted in effective strength training, cardio, and functional movement, this class is designed to build confidence, improve mobility, and enhance overall fitness at a sustainable pace. Perfect for beginners and intermediate participants, Terry’s bootcamp supports every step of your wellness journey—without the intensity overload.

Class Description: A breath-to-movement flow class focused on flexibility, strength, and grounding. Moves at a beginner-friendly pace.
 

Description: A stronger, faster-paced Vinyasa flow designed to build heat, strength, and endurance. Great for intermediate and advanced students.

Description: Combines slow, deep fascia stretching with meditation and breathwork for a calming experience. All levels welcome.

Description: A fusion of strength training and yoga, using weights, resistance bands, and a high-energy playlist.

Description: Improve your game with yoga poses tailored for joint health, range of motion, and mental clarity.

Description: A seated and accessible yoga class for those recovering from injury or seeking a gentle introduction to the practice.

Description: A strengthening mat Pilates session focused on core control and body elongation.

Description: Amp up your Pilates practice with 2–10 lb weights for maximum burn and body sculpting.

Description: A fast-paced mat Pilates class with props and high-rep sequences to increase intensity and sweat.

Description: Our signature barre class — combining ballet, Pilates, and strength training for a full-body transformation.
