Welcome to the brand-new Fitness Center at Bald Head Island Club—your destination for strength, balance, and total-body conditioning. Featuring state-of-the-art equipment including Peloton bikes and the InBody 580 body composition analyzer, our facility offers something for every fitness level. 

Refuel and recharge at our on-site Fuel Bar, offering a variety of refreshing beverages including protein smoothies, fruit smoothies, energy drinks, and more. Whether you're just starting your fitness journey or are a seasoned athlete, our modern space and supportive community are here to help you reach your goals.

Golf Mobility

Improve flexibility, mobility, and rotational movement to help support a more efficient golf swing and reduce stiffness. This class focuses on hips, shoulders, thoracic spine mobility, balance, and recovery to keep you moving and feeling your best on and off the course.

Golf Fitness

Build strength, stability, power, and rotational control to support your golf performance. This class combines functional exercises and conditioning designed to help improve swing mechanics, balance, endurance, and overall athletic movement for the course.

Early Bird Flow – Yoga

Start your morning with intention in this early morning vinyasa class. Link breath to movement through a steady, flowing sequence designed to wake up the body and clear the mind. Expect gentle build-ups and hip-opening stretches to release tension. You'll leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and ready to take on the day. All levels welcome.

Sunrise Strength Circuit

Tone & Burn Fit Camp

Youth Sports Performance

Designed to help young athletes (ages 11–15) improve strength, speed, coordination, balance, and overall athletic movement in a fun and supportive environment. Participants develop proper movement mechanics, agility, confidence, and injury prevention habits through age-appropriate training.

Mat Pilates

We're excited to introduce Mat Pilates in the BHI Club Fitness Center beginning Wednesday, July 1. This new class offering combines core strengthening, flexibility, balance and mindful movement in a welcoming environment for all fitness levels. $25 Per Person
We encourage participants to bring their own mat, though a limited number of mats will be available for use. 

Fluffy Flow – Yoga

Inspired by our favorite slow-moving local gator, this laid-back vinyasa flow is all about taking it easy and enjoying the ride. Expect gentle stretches, unhurried transitions, and plenty of opportunities to breathe and reset. All levels welcome.

Balance & Sculpt

Functional Fitness

Functional Fitness focuses on improving strength, balance, mobility, coordination, and endurance through movements that support everyday life and overall wellness. This full-body workout incorporates functional movement patterns, core training, and practical strength exercises designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and stay active both inside and outside the gym.

Kids Essential Fitness

Kids Essential Fitness introduces young participants (ages 6–10) to the fundamentals of movement, coordination, strength, and healthy exercise habits in a fun and supportive environment. Activities focus on building confidence, improving athletic skills, and encouraging an active lifestyle.

Kids Fitness Club

Kids Fitness Club keeps children (ages 6–10) active and engaged through exciting games, fitness challenges, obstacle courses, and team activities. This class promotes coordination, teamwork, confidence, and overall physical fitness while making exercise enjoyable.

Youth Orientation

Saturday | 8:30-9:30am | Complimentary
Youth Orientation is a required introductory session for members and guests (ages 13–15) that covers gym etiquette, equipment usage, safety guidelines, and fitness center rules. This hands-on class helps younger members build confidence and learn how to safely navigate the fitness center.

Youth Development

Youth Development (ages 11–15) is designed to help participants build confidence, coordination, strength, and overall athletic ability in a fun and supportive environment. Through age-appropriate fitness training, movement education, and teamwork-based activities, participants develop healthy exercise habits and a strong foundation for lifelong fitness.

Cardio & Core Reset

Refresh your routine with a workout focused on cardiovascular conditioning and core strength. This class combines low- to moderate-impact cardio intervals with targeted core exercises to improve endurance, posture, stability, and total-body function.
