Trainers
Colby Bruton brings more than sixteen years of experience in the fitness industry, including over twelve years in personal and group training. As Fitness Center Manager, he is passionate about creating a welcoming, results-driven environment where members of all ages and ability levels feel supported in their health and wellness journey.
Colby holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and a Master of Business Administration. He is committed to ongoing professional development, continuously expanding his expertise through advanced certifications and evidence-based training methods.
His specialties include strength and conditioning, functional movement, weight loss, longevity training, and group fitness. Colby takes pride in building long-term relationships with members and focuses on delivering sustainable, meaningful improvements that enhance both performance and overall quality of life.

Fabio Alicea is a highly qualified health and fitness coach with 15 years of professional experience helping clients build strength, confidence, and healthier lifestyles. He combines hands-on expertise with advanced education and credentials from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and formal fitness education from Branford Hall Institute in Connecticut, where he completed his Professional Fitness Trainer program in 2010. Fabio is currently completing his second exercise degree, pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science, continuing to expand his knowledge and expertise to better serve his clients and athletes.
Fabio is passionate about guiding individuals of all fitness levels toward sustainable progress. Throughout his career, he has trained clients across the United States, working with a wide range of populations including athletes, seniors, youth, and individuals with special needs. As a Parisi Speed School Certified Youth Performance Coach, he specializes in youth sports development, helping young athletes improve speed, agility, strength, and confidence while reducing injury risk and enhancing sports performance.
His coaching approach emphasizes movement quality, safety, education, performance, and long-term health.

Fabio offers individual and small-group training sessions, Monday through Saturday, designed to help clients move better, feel stronger, perform at a higher level, and live healthier lives.
Terry McAlister has been a certified personal trainer for over 30 years. She specializes in strength, conditioning and rehabilitation therapy. Terry was a competitive body builder for 15 years and owned two fitness centers here in North Carolina.
