Reserve a Table

Dining at the Bald Head Island Club is a favorite gathering experience for members and guests, and reservations are strongly recommended to ensure seating availability — especially during peak dining hours and throughout the summer season.

Reservations may be made through the BHI Club App, by messaging Dining in the app, by emailing [email protected], or by calling 910-477-5010.

Outdoor seating on The Palms Terrace and The Grille Terrace is available first-come, first-served and does not accept reservations.

Making a Reservation

Members
Members may reserve a table through the BHI Club App, by calling 910-477-5010, or by emailing [email protected].

Guest Members
Guest Members may request dining reservations no earlier than 21 days prior to their arrival date by calling 910-477-5010 or emailing [email protected].

If reservations are unavailable, Guest Members may be placed on a waitlist and will be contacted if seating becomes available.

Bars at each restaurant also accommodate walk-ins on a first-come, first-served basis.

Reservation Guidelines

If calling or emailing to request a reservation, please include:

• Member name
• Member number
• Phone number
• Requested dining date and time
• Preferred restaurant

Our Dining Reservations team is available daily from 9AM – 5PM. During periods of high demand, please allow up to 24 hours for a response.

Large parties may be seated at multiple tables to best accommodate the dining room layout.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so by 5PM the day prior to your reservation. This allows other members and guests on the waitlist the opportunity to dine.

Reservations are held for 15 minutes past the scheduled time before being released to other guests.

Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a $25 per person ++ charge (tax and gratuity) per Club policy.

Members who incur two or more no-shows within a month may have dining reservation privileges suspended for 30 days.
